Particularly in Singapore, Chef Julien has spearheaded his restaurant, titled Le Saint Julien Restaurant, Gourmet Shop.

More recently create Cuisine Service Pte Ltd with culinary preparations packet sous-vide to supply hotels, restaurants and F&B groups.
