An internationally celebrated chef, Sir Julien Bompard has led some of the most legendary restaurants in hotels around the world. His achievements include heading restaurants in Bangkok, Japan, Hong Kong and New York. Particularly in Singapore, Chef Julien has spearheaded his restaurant, titled Le Saint Julien Restaurant, Gourmet Shop.
More recently create Cuisine Service Pte Ltd with culinary preparations packet sous-vide to supply hotels, restaurants and F&B groups.
Chef Julien is known for his aptitude in creating French Cuisine hailing from diverse regions in France. He is also renowned for his ability to incorporate recipes that are both healthy and yet able to retain a traditional French touch in his creations.
