Widely recognized as Chef Julien, he was the former owner of Le Saint Julien, a renowned classical French dining establishment considered one of the finest French restaurants from 2003 to 2013 in Singapore. In 2010, he was honored with the title of Chevalier / Knight in the Order of Agricultural Merit by French Minister of Food, Agriculture, and Fishing, Bruno Le Maire.
